What to expect on your call

Your appointment is a relaxed conversation, not a sales pitch. Hollen will ask who needs coverage, where you live, what coverage you have now, and what matters most to you, whether that's keeping a certain doctor, covering a prescription, or keeping monthly costs down. She'll explain your options in plain English and answer any questions you have.

Helpful things to have ready

• The ZIP code and ages of everyone who needs coverage
• Your best estimate of household income for the coming year, if you're looking at Marketplace plans
• Names of doctors, hospitals, and prescriptions you want covered
• Your current plan details or renewal notice, if you have one

There's no cost and no obligation. If a plan makes sense for you, Hollen can help you enroll; if you want time to think, that's fine too. For 2027 coverage, choose a plan by December 15, 2026 for a January 1 start.
